Through this partnership, Shift4 Payments will provide tokenization, gateway, and end-to-end payment processing services for Sionic’s digital commerce platform. The companies initially aim to support both enterprise and small- to medium-sized business (SMB) restaurants by augmenting existing mobile payment and loyalty apps, online ordering and point of sale (POS) systems with an end-to-end payment solution capable of reaching millions of consumers natively through their mobile devices, vehicle dashboards and smart home appliances.
